Refund Policy

Our refund policy is based on the duration of service usage. The charge for using our services is 3/- Rs. per day. For example:

If you have used our services for 10 days, 30/- Rs. will be deducted, and the remaining amount automatically will be refunded on your original payment method withing 5 working days.

Activation of Package

For online payments via credit card, debit card, or net banking, accounts/membership plans will typically be activated within 24–48 hours. For payments made by cash, cheque, or draft, the activation process will complete within 48 hours after payment clearance. In case of public holidays, bank holidays, or technical delays, activation may take additional time.

If a double payment is made, and either we are informed or it comes to our attention, we will process the refund for the extra payment on the same day.
