Terms and Conditions of Teli Matrimony

Teli Matrimony provides its services to you subject to the following terms and conditions. By visiting or signing up on Teli Matrimony, you accept these terms. If you use any current or future service affiliated with Teli Matrimony, whether on our website or app, you agree to follow the guidelines and conditions that apply to each service. Please review all services provided by Teli Matrimony before making any payment.

This document is an electronic record as per the Information Technology Act, 2000 and related rules. It does not require physical or digital signatures. It’s published according to Rule 3 (1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011, outlining our terms, privacy policy, and usage guidelines for the website (www.telimatrimony.co.in), WAP, or mobile app.

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING OUR WEBSITE, WAP, OR APP. BY ACCESSING, BROWSING, OR USING THESE PLATFORMS, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS ("Agreement"). If you do not accept these terms, please refrain from using our website, WAP, or app services.

In these Terms, "CM member" refers to any end user accessing Teli Matrimony services, either for themselves or on behalf of a friend or family member (Registrant). The terms "You" and "User" may also refer to a "CM member."

Registration Expectations

We expect users to complete the registration process honestly and accurately, including uploading recent photos. Please ensure details are entered in the relevant fields, and avoid duplicating or misplacing information. If additional details are needed, we may contact you. You may also receive a call from our Customer Service if you provide your contact details in any of our online registration campaigns.

Our platform is designed to connect members of the Teli community for matrimony. Membership is optional, but required to chat with or view profiles. We do not guarantee engagements or marriages through the platform. Users are responsible for verifying the family background of prospective matches, as Teli Matrimony holds no responsibility in this regard.

Refund Policy

Our refund policy is based on the duration of service usage. The charge for using our services is 3/- Rs. per day. For example:If you have used our services for 10 days, 30/- Rs. will be deducted, and the remaining amount automatically will be refunded on your original payment method withing 5 working days.

Note -> This is excluding internet handling and service charges

Teli Matrimony reserves the right to:

Discontinue the product at any time, though benefits will remain active for existing users.
Modify product features at any time, preserving benefits for users who joined under previous terms.
Cancel memberships if malicious activity is detected; fees will not be refunded.

Engagements and Marriages
If engagements or marriages occur through our platform, Teli Matrimony reserves the right to announce them on social media.

User Criteria

The minimum registration age is 18 for women and 21 for men, with a maximum age of 70.
Users confirm they have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.
Users agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

Jurisdiction
Any disputes related to this agreement may be brought to the courts in Mumbai.
